研究者として「社会的意思決定アルゴリズムをデータ駆動にデザインする手法」を開発し、機械学習ビジネスから教育政策まで幅広い社会課題に実装、多分野の学術誌・学会に査読付学術論文を出版する。半熟仮想株式会社代表として、サイバーエージェント, ZOZO, 学研, 茅乃舎, ニューヨーク市, シカゴ市などと共同研究・事業を行。東京大学卒業後（最優秀卒業論文大内兵衛賞）、マサチューセッツ工科大学（MIT）でPh.D.を取得。

Professor Narita teaches several undergraduate and graduate economics courses and conducts research on education, health, and labor policies, as well as datadriven algorithms / mechanism design. Professor Narita
is also affiliated with academic institutions such as MIT Blueprint Labs, the University of Tokyo.

As co-founder of Hanjuku-Kaso, he conducts joint research with
companies such as CyberAgent and Zozo. He received his PhD in Economics from MIT and Bachelors and Masters in Economics from the University of Tokyo.
