世界経済フォーラムにおける社会とイノベーションに関するアジェンダの統括責任者として第4次産業革命、社会とイノベーションに関する論点を官民、有識者の視点から取りまとめ、様々な会合でのプログラムやワークショップのデザインに携わる。
世界経済フォーラム会長クラウス・シュワブの著書「第4次産業革命－ダボス会議が予測する未来」では一部をシュワブとともに執筆。

世界経済フォーラム以前のキャリアとしては、オーストラリア　ニューサウスウェールズ州の最高裁判所付法廷弁護士・事務弁護士として活躍する他、商法弁護士としての民間での実務経験も豊富。シドニー大学教養学部及び法学部卒、オックスフォード大学にてMBA取得。
